• Entry (Beginning of Year): 4 weeks before the first day of preschool through 4 weeks after preschool begins - Data entry due by September 30, 2026
• Exit (End of Year): Last 4 weeks of preschool - Data entry due by June 15, 2027
Remote Testing Allowed: No
Student Data: The PEEP School Admin has the ability to roster students and view school level reports. The teacher role allows teachers to enter student data and to view individual student classroom reports. Both will need access to the Data Gateway. USBE will assign the director 'PEEP LEA Admin' user role in the Data Gateway (see PEEP Administrator Data Gateway Guidance link below).
Student Results: Student results are available immediately after student scores are fully submitted.
