Parents have the right to request and receive information regarding their student's participation in statewide mandated assessments and their student's level of achievement on those tests. Jordan School District honors parent requests to excuse a student from taking a statewide assessment in accordance with the requirements of 53G-6-803, 53G-10-2025, and Board Rule R277-404.
