Grant Approval Process

Education grants are a great way to supplement your classroom activities.  For teachers who would like funding to supplement extra work they do outside of their regular contract hours, the district has provided educator grants of up to $3,000 for individuals and $12,000 for groups.  Please see the following link.

DISTRICT GRANTS FOR EDUCATORS

For grants of $500 or less, please apply with the Jordan Education Foundation.  These funds are limited, so the earlier you apply, the better.

For all other grants, you must go through an approval process. Do NOT apply for a grant unless you have permission from the grants management team.  Your principal cannot sign off on a grant without this approval.

District Grant Review Form (District Process)

To avoid missing a grant deadline: Call or e-mail the Evaluation, Research, and Accountability Office as soon as you know you want to apply for a grant that will require District Grant Review Committee so the review and signature arrangements can be made in time to meet your deadline: (801) 567-8115 or holly.allen@jordandistrict.org.
